Return and Cancellation Policy


Please refer the returns policy applicable to all items displayed and sold on

When you opt our services to buy any product or services, you entrust on us. Building customer trust and keep deliver them as promised is our first priority. We are committed to provide you best in class products on optimum price with a secured payment solution and trustworthy delivery channel.


Streamlined process:


We have designed a streamlined process to ensure errorless delivery of products to your doorstep.

a)     Legal Agreement (LA) - All of our vendors are in an agreement with us and legally bound to deliver their products as per price, specification, T&Cs etc mentioned by them at our portal. (We do follow a strong procedure during vendor on-boarding and as a safeguard also do periodically check).


b)    Internal Quality checking (QC) - Before adding any product at our portal we do several checks to ensure the quality of product as committed by our supplier. (However we don’t have any control over the price, specifications committed by vendor/manufacturer)


c)     Digital Encryption (DE)- Our All products are encrypted with unique codes to assure seamless delivery.


Packaging of goods:


a)     We do assure quality packing of goods as per our standards so they can reach safely at your door-step.


b)    We have a strong system to deliver your order, through reliable and renowned logistic partners. These courier / logistic teams are bound to deliver packed consignment and not authorized to do open deliveries or take open-products back.



Which products are eligible to return?


All products where “Free Replacement*” is written on specifications are eligible to return.

*At all of products and conditions of return are seller/vendor fulfilled.

*Subject to final check of product at vendor/manufacturer end.



List of non-returnable Products


At, we have listed below mentioned category and products which are not part of return policy we request to refer carefully list of products which cannot be returned back at any condition.






Adhesives (all type of liquids, semi liquids), hazardous materials and lubricants.


Lubricants, greases and oils, shampoos, waxes, polishes & other liquid, aerosols & perfumes, car tyres

Kids care

Breast pads and shields, breast milk containers, nursing covers, baby grooming products, baby washes, shampoos, skin care, wet wipes, diapers and nappies, soothers and teethers, feeding related products like bottles, bottle sets and nipples.

Beauty Products

Hazardous materials (fragrances, nail colours, deodorants, hairsprays), cleansers, shower gels, soaps, hair loss products, shampoos and conditioners, styling gels and hair colours, lipsticks, lip balms and lip gloss, eye care and eye makeup, creams, moisturisers and body lotions, other hygiene items.


Lingerie, innerwear and other apparel that are labeled as non-returnable on their product detail pages.

Grocery items

All items included in these categories.

Personal Care

All items included in this category that are labeled as non-returnable on their product detail pages and oral care items.

Janitorial & Sanitation Supplies

Paper towels, tissues, cleaning chemicals tapes.

Movies & TV Shows, Music

All items included in these categories.

Mobile accessories

Screen guards, headphones, screen protectors and tempered glasses.

Pet Supplies

Food, Shampoos and Conditioners, Pest Control, and Grooming Aids.

PC/laptop Components

All PC/laptop components listed as "Components" under the Computers and Accessories category.


All software products that are labeled as non-returnable on their product detail pages.

Sports, Fitness & Outdoors

Aerobic training machines like treadmills, exercise bikes, home gyms/ multi gyms, massage machines, all inner apparel, socks, gym supporters and guards, table tennis tables, billiards/ pool/ snooker/ other large game tables, all bicycles, punching / boxing bags

Video Games (Console Games and PC Games)

All console games and PC games that are labeled as non-returnable on their product detail pages.


PS: In case a non-returnable product is received in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 2 days from the delivery of the product, else it will not consider for return.


Return Process


Please contact us at customer care in written and after written confirmation from our customer care, please return back product to our below mentioned address along with written communication through a registered post or renowned courier company within 7 days from the date of delivery of product.


The Products which fall under return category should meet below mentioned conditions.

a)     Should be in original condition.

b)    Price tag to be placed/not missing.

c)     User manual, warranty cards, original accessories.

d)    Original manufacturer’s package/packaging as delivered.

PS: Please read carefully return conditions on each product/category. Return policy will void in case of not meeting any of above conditions.

In case of returning any electronic goods, please ensure to remove any data, information stored by you. We are not accountable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.


PS:  In case the product is out of stock at vendor (Same Vendor who sold product) cannot be replaced. Refunds will be issued only in condition where replacement of product is not possible.


At the time of packing of returning product, please pack the products in the original box, and wrap it in a non transparent white plastic cover and place a white paper on top of the Box.

Mention buyer’s name, order number, registered email id and mobile number on the outer plastic cover.

Please email us the Postal details/Courier AWB number to track the returned shipment 


PS: If product was purchased under Cash on Delivery (COD), please provide your bank account details- your name in bank account, account number, ifsc code, bank name, branch name from your registered email id.



Once order is booked the cancellation is not allowed at any cost except mentioned conditions.

a)     If product is not ready and dispatched by vendor.

b)    If order is cancelled by buyer within 30 mins from the time of purchase.

 Please contact us on  or speak with customer care for any doubts and concerns. 

PS: If product not received back to us within 7days from the delivery date and as per above mentioned conditions it will not be accepted / processed for replacement.  




 After receiving of the product, we and vendor will check it and if found satisfactory as per above mentioned conditions of return policy, we will replace the products within 15 days of receiving and in case of refund it will be done also within 15 days only through account payee cheque, NEFT or back to credit card / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order. {Even if product was purchased under Cash on Delivery (COD)}
